Sweet Poli

There is a tradition in our family that we have to make this sweet poli for Bhogi festival.  I made this too and I blindly followed the recipe of Raks.  Visiting Raks Kitchen everyday is kinda ritual for me.

Bittergourd Thokku/ Paavakkai Thokku

I have tasted this thokku somewhere in a restaurant when we were in Chennai.  I am not able to recollect the name of the restaurant. I tried this couple of days back and it came out very well.  Here goes the recipe.

Vegetable Biryani

Vegetable Biryani is our family favorite.  We prefer to eat this from an Indian restaurant near our house.  Their Vegetable biryani is one of the yummiest i have ever had.  When we were in Delhi, we had chance to taste food from various north Indian food.
